Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is John Adams and I am the Republican nominee for the United States House of Representatives in the Third Congressional District of Ohio (Columbus area)

The theme of our campaign is, "For Our Children," and the question this November election for you is, “What kind of America do you want for your children and grandchildren to live in?” Do you want them to live in safety, peace and prosperity? Do you want them to have the same God-given rights and opportunities that you have had in your life?
I think that many Americans realize that this may be a watershed moment in American history.  We are either to continue on our current path, which has led to endless foreign and domestic conflict, to a stagnant economy and to a progressive erosion of our personal liberties and our privacy; or we take back our personal liberties, rebuild the American nation and take a common sense approach to our foreign and domestic relations, one which is based upon reality, and not the endless pitting of one group against another for political gain, the path which the Democrats have chosen for the past many years.

As I have worried about all these matters, I realized that it is more than for ourselves that we must make the right decision at this pivotal moment in American history.   Our children and grandchildren must live in this world which we are creating.  Do we want them to live lives of peace, prosperity and freedom, or do we want them to live in a world of more conflict, economic stagnation and government control of every aspect of their lives?

We must choose wisely in this election for the sake of all of us and for the generations to come.

As for me,  These great isssues of our dayI believe in identifying our national problems and offering specific solutions and actions necessary to restore our God-given freedom and liberty and restoring our nation to what it should be for all Americans, especially for our children and grandchildren.

Unlike my Democrat opponent, Joyce Beatty, I am not a career politician, nor do I want to be. I am not funded by any special money interests, Washington lobbyists, Wall Street interests, PACs, nor Super PACs.  I am not controlled by those people or organizations. I will represent you in Congress and will work hard for your future and the future of all of our children and grandchildren.

My proposals and actions contrast with my Democrat opponent, who will not support any of the legislative actions that I am proposing. There is truly a clear and distinct difference between our positions on national policies.

Please access the important issues that I have identified on this website that affect you and your family. If elected, I will proceed to the floor of the House of Representatives and propose the specific legislation that I have outlined. I will then shepherd those proposals through the House committees and eventually back to the floor of the House in order to be voted upon by the entire House of Representatives. If the legislation is passed, I will work with our United States Senators to ensure that the legislation is passed there and sent to the President’s desk for signature into law.

Please take a few moments to see if you agree with these proposals and the actions necessary to preserve and protect you, your family and our nation and to restore our freedom and liberty in America.

If you help to elect me as your Representative in Congress, I intend to go there to provide leadership that is goal-oriented. I will not go to Congress to help manage the status quo, nor the decline and fall of the greatest nation on Earth.

I will go to Washington to help restore our liberty for our nation, our children and grandchildren to its historic virtues of respecting individual privacy, independence, freedom and according to Jefferson, our God-given unalienable rights.

Thank you for your consideration.
